Ruqinba is committed to providing high-quality industrial chemical additives. Due to the specialized nature of chemical products and strict handling requirements, we only accept returns in the case of product defects, damage during shipping, or fulfillment errors.
Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product was damaged or leaked during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof).
You received the wrong product, specification, quantity, or batch number.
The product has verified quality issues, confirmed by our technical team.
🔒 Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we do not accept returns for the following:
Opened or used chemical products
Custom-made formulations or trial samples
Hazardous, corrosive, or flammable materials once shipped
Products ordered incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong model or quantity)
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
If the return is due to a verified quality issue or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
In other cases, the cost of return shipping and a 5% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
