AY77B is a Settling Agent for metalworking fluids, offering the following features:

1. Flocculation and Settling: Enhances the flocculation and settling of contaminants.
2. Anti-Tramp Oil and Demulsifying: Provides resistance to tramp oil and effective demulsification.
3. Broad-Spectrum Biocide: Acts as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent.

1. Versatile pH Range: Suitable for use across various pH levels, fully soluble in water, easy to use, non-foaming, and non-volatile.

2. Recommended for Fully Synthetic Water-Based Formulations: Its unique chemical structure and cationic properties disrupt the charge balance around emulsified oil particles, acting as an effective demulsifier.

3. Microbial Control: Effectively controls microorganisms, eliminating odors caused by microbial activity.

4. Polymer Properties: The polymer nature of the product aids in the flocculation of suspended solids, particularly aiding in the removal of metal particles. This ensures that the metalworking fluid remains clean during processing and extends its shelf life.
