T711 is a high-efficiency oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor, appearing as a light yellow waxy solid.
It is non-toxic and, when heated, melts into an amber-colored oily liquid.
It is insoluble in water but soluble in oil.
This product is an excellent oil-soluble rust inhibitor, superior to petroleum sulfonates.

From this experiment, it is clear that T711 has a very significant corrosion inhibition 3 / 4 effect, extending the corrosion inhibition time by at least 300 times. Special formulations can achieve rust prevention for up to 27 days, extending the corrosion inhibition time by over 600 times.
T711 is easy to use; simply heat T711 to above 70°C and add 1-3% to the machinery oil
(Note: the recommended amount for No. 10 machinery oil is 2%).
Upon cooling, the appearance of a misty layer is normal and does not affect the corrosion inhibition function
(the misty appearance can be avoided by adding a small amount of surfactant).
Application
The rust-preventive oil products produced with it are widely appreciated in industries such as precision machinery, tank manufacturing, military ammunition depots, steel rolling mills, internal combustion engine plants, bearing factories, chain factories, watch factories, lock factories, scissors factories, and other industrial warehouses.
Additionally, T711 can also be used in solvent-based rust-preventive paints.
