1006 Phosphoric Acid Ester exhibits excellent extrusion lubricatior performance, effectively acting on metal surfaces to reduce the corrosiveness of various acids. As a low-viscosity liquid, it is easy to add and delivers outstanding corrosion inhibition even at low concentrations.

• Exhibits superior aluminum corrosion inhibition, preventing discoloration or blackening during aluminum alloy processing.
• Demonstrates excellent hard water resistance, making it adaptable to water qualities from different regions.
Physical Properties:When used in fully synthetic formulations, it may cause the diluent to a-ppear blue. Some batches may have a slight hazy appearance.

Test Composition: 1% phosphate ester + 1.5% triethanolamine + 97.5% tap water
