1612C Emulsifiable Ester Lubricant additives offers excellent interface lubrication, rust prevention, and cleaning effects. It effectively reduces tool and chip adhesion, improves surface finish, and reduces tool wear, making it especially suitable for nonferrous metal machining.

It is recommended for use in fully synthetic water-based formulations, with performance significantly higher than that of ordinary animal oils. It is ideal for formulating cutting oils and stamp.ing/stretching oils.

This product is particularly suitable for fully synthetic metalworking fluids used in cutting, grinding, wire drawing, stamping, and other operations.
