1606 Emulsifiable Ester Lubricant additive offers excellent interface lubrication, rust prevention, and cleaning effects. It effectively reduces tool and chip adhesion, improves surface finish, and reduces tool wear, making it especially suitable for nonferrous metal machining. It also provides exceptionally strong resistanceto hard water.
It is recommended for use in fully synthetic, semi-synthetic, and emulsified oil-based water formulations, with performance far e.xceeding that of ordinary animal oils. It is particularly well-suited for f-ormulating cutting oils and stamping/stretching oils, especially excellingin aluminum machining processes with outstanding cutting performance.This product is ideal for use in cutting, grinding, wire drawing, stampingand other full/half-synthetic metalworking fluids.
It provides excellent lubricity in fully synthetic and semi-synthetic machining fluids. It can also make the machining fluid low-foaming, soap-free, and odor-free. It is non-corrosive to non-ferrous metals (especially aluminum-magnesium alloys).
Physical Properties:Over time, the working fluid may turn white, and soap precipitation mayoccur. Therefore, in fully synthetic cutting fluid formulations, it is generally recommended to limit the addition to no more than 6%, though adjustments can be made for specific operating conditions.
