1600 lubricant additives offers excellent interface lubrication, rust prevention, and cleaning effects. It effectively reduces tool and chip adhesion, improvessurface finish, and minimizes tool wear. It is especially suitable for nonferrous metal machining and provides strong resistance to hard water.

lt is recommended for use in fully synthetic, semi-synthetic, and emulsifiedoil-based water formulations, with performance far exceeding that of or.dinary animal oils.

It is particularly well-suited for formulating cutting o.ils and stamping/stretching oils, especially excelling in aluminum machi.ning processes with outstanding cutting performance. It is ideal for use incutting, grinding, wire drawing, stamping, and other full/half-syntheticmetalworking fluids.

1. It provides lubrication, emulsification, and hard water stability.
2. It offers outstanding lubricity in both full synthetic and semi-synthetic machining fluids, with low foaming, no soap formation, and no odor.
3. It is non-corrosive, particularly for non-ferrous metals, including aluminum-magnesium alloys.

Physical Properties:This product has the strongest hard water resistance. However, over timethe working fluid may turn white or even experience soap precipitation. Therefore, in fully synthetic cutting fluid formulations, the recommendecaddition amount is typically no more than 5%, although it can be adjusted appropriately for specific operating conditions.

Appearance Characteristics:Amber or reddish-brown transparent liquid.

Features

1. Excellent interfacial lubrication, rust protection, and cleaning properties, effectively reducing tool adhesion, improving product surface finish, and reducing tool wear. Especially suitable for non-ferrous metal processing, with strong resistance to hard water.

2. Recommended for use in water-based formulations, including full synthetic, semi-synthetic, and emulsion oils. Its performance surpasses that of ordinary animal oils, making it suitable for blending cutting and stamping oils, particularly in aluminum processing, where it exhibits outstanding cutting performance.

3. Particularly suitable for use in full and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, including cutting, grinding, wire drawing, and stamping applications.
