AY-9H Hard Water Stabilizer extends the service life of processing fluids. cleans the liquid, and reduces maintenance costs. thereby increasing productivity. It issuitable for formulations used in high-pressure and high-speed machining, improving lubrication and extreme pressure/anti-wear (EP/AW) performance, thus prolonging tool life.
It exhibits dual surface chemical properties of both nonionic and anionic emulsifiers, providing excellent calcium soap dispersion and electrolyte stability. This makes it an outstanding emulsifier and hard water resistance agent.
Physical Properties: In its normal state, the product is a pale transparent liquid. Over time, w.hite precipitates may form at the bottom. These precipitates can return tonormal after being heated in a 40-50°C water bath. During use, avoid ad.ding the product directly into water, as this may cause clumping that is difficult to dissolve.

Application
1. This product is an excellent emulsifier/hard water resistance agent. By introducing alcohol ether carboxylic acid into water-based metalworking fluids, it significantly enhances hard water resistance and biodegradability.
2. It has excellent alkali resistance and can be used in various textile pretreatment processes. When added as a component of alkali-resistant refining agents, it significantly improves capillarity and the alkali resistance of nonionic surfactants. It also enhances the stability of silicone oil emulsions and emulsifies amino silicone oil, giving cotton fabrics a soft feel.
3. As a high-temperature and high-electrolyte-resistant emulsifier and viscosity reducer, it is applied in tertiary oil recovery and oil transportation, improving crude oil recovery and preventing wax deposition.
4. In the paper industry, it is used in deinking formulations for waste paper and softener formulations, while in the leather industry, it is used in degreasing agent formulations.
