9H-LF Hard Water Stabilizer extends the service life of processing fluids, enhances cleanliness, and reduces maintenance costs, there by improving production efficiency.It is suitable for high-pressure and high-speed machining conditions, offering excellent lubricity, wear resistance, and extreme pressure performance, significantly prolonging tool life.
It exhibits dual surface chemical properties of both nonionic and anionic emulsifiers, offering excellent calcium soap dispersion ability and electrolyte stability.
Additionally, the product is environmentally friendly and features outstanding hard water stability, making it adaptable to various complex water conditions.
Physical Properties:Do not add directly to water during use, as it may clump and be difficultto dissolve. It has lower foam compared to 9H.

Application
1. This product is an excellent emulsifier/hard water resistance agent. By introducing alcohol ether carboxylic acid into water-based metalworking fluids, it significantly enhances hard water resistance and biodegradability.
2. It offers outstanding alkali resistance and can be used in various textile pretreatment processes. When added as a component of alkali-resistant refining agents, it significantly improves capillarity and the alkali resistance of nonionic surfactants. It enhances the stability of silicone oil emulsions and can emulsify amino silicone oil, giving cotton fabrics a soft feel.
3. As a high-temperature and high-electrolyte-resistant emulsifier and viscosity reducer, it is used in tertiary oil recovery and oil transportation, improving crude oil recovery and preventing wax deposition.
4. In the paper industry, it is used in deinking formulations for waste paper and softener formulations, and in the leather industry, it is used in degreasing agent formulations.
