1020C can dissolve completely in water and is primarily used for corrosion inhibition of aluminum materials in aqueous environments.Additionally, it offers excellent corrosion inhibition for soldering tin, reducing corrosion of soldering tin in water.
1020C is phosphorus-free, avoiding the drawbacks of phosphoruscontaining aluminum corrosion inhibitors, such as high cost. susceptibility to bacterial growth, and excessive foaming. It has a high slow-releaseefficiency, with the addition amount typically not exceeding 1%. Even inhigh pH environments, it can maintain good slow-release performance.The product is environmentally friendly, low-toxic, odorless, and easy todischarge, while also not affecting the processing accuracy of the work-pieces.
