Product Description
Defoamer 9003 is a specialty polyether-modified silicone antifoam. It is highly water-soluble and specifically engineered for continuous foam destruction and suppression under extreme conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and high shear. As a premium silicone-based defoamer, it delivers excellent water solubility alongside superior defoaming and dynamic foam control capabilities. It is perfectly suited for soluble oil, semi-synthetic, and fully synthetic metalworking fluids, as well as industrial cleaning fluid formulations.

1. Key Features

Powerful Foam Control: Outstanding defoaming and foam-suppressing capabilities without altering the fundamental properties of the foaming system.
Excellent Compatibility: Superior diffusivity and permeability, ensuring complete compatibility with base oils and cutting fluids without causing turbidity or oil slick.
High Stability & Safety: Outstanding thermal and chemical stability. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, free of adverse side effects, non-flammable, and non-explosive.
Broad Applicability: Performs effectively across diverse environments, including acidic, alkaline, salt, and electrolyte-rich systems.

2. Technical Specifications
