It is highly water-soluble and specifically engineered for continuous foam destruction and suppression under extreme conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and high shear. It is perfectly suited for soluble oil, semi-synthetic, and fully synthetic metalworking fluids, as well as industrial cleaning fluid formulations.

As a dedicated metalworking fluid defoamer, it provides exceptional foam control in various applications, including general metalworking processes, cutting fluids, micro-emulsions, high-water-content hydraulic fluids, coolants, grinding fluids, lubricants, and drilling fluids.

• Recommended Dosage: The typical addition rate ranges from 0.1% to 1.0% of the total formulation weight. However, the most economical and optimal dosage should be determined through specific laboratory and field trials.

• Packaging: Available in 30 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic drums, or 200 kg iron drums.

• Storage & Transport: Transport as a general, non-hazardous chemical. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. To maintain product integrity, ensure the container is tightly sealed after each use.

• Shelf Life: 12 months.
